Velthor “The Vengeance Squad” (Goblin Sorcerer D&D 3.5 CR 14)
Velthor is the leader of a party of goblin mercenaries, “The Vengeance Squad” was formed to be a hit squad on the side of wronged golinoids. If a goblin king or hobgoblin leader is having trouble with adventurers and has 10,000gp to spend, he could hire “The Vengeance Squad” to get rid of those trouble makers.
Velthor’s family were wiped out when the Paladin “Tanor” took it upon himself to wipe out the goblin scourge from the land. Tanor however stayed his sword when he saw the toddler Velthor looking up at him through huge tear filled eyes.
Velthor has an ability to get people to do what he wants, if he wanted, he could be a true leader, or even a king of his kind. Velthor though, is quite happy punishing the good and righteous bigots who terrorize his fellow goblins. Making a lot of money with a job he loves doing.
