Moved Servers and Updated Site

I’ve now managed to move servers after alot of problems, it was a bit of a learning curve. I appologise for the downtime.

Dinglesgames has been upgraded and has moved platforms, Some data may have been lost when the conversion took place. If you have created a new user, you may need to create it again. A lot of background work was needed to bring the code up to date, so if you find any problems/errors please let me know and I’ll fix them.

There may also be a problem if you had 2 login ids with the same email address. The second login will not have been added as the new version of wordpress only allows 1 login per email address. If this has happened please contact me and I will remove the old login so you can re-create the new one.

If anyone has problems accessing any functions try logging in via the Update Login Information button.

Monster Race Skills Change

I have now updated all the monsters on the D&D 3.5 and Pathfinder NPC Generators to correctly store skills as skill ranks and a separate racial bonus. Before the change the racial skill bonus was stored as extra skill ranks, this meant you could not allocate more points to them greater than the HD in pathfinder or HD +3 for D&D 3.5.
I have tried to match the skills to the monster manual there were a few monsters that did not work out correctly. These I have tried to allocate the correct number of skills ranks, this has sometimes meant adding extra skills (if the monster had not used enough skill ranks) or taking off skill points or adding an extra race bonus to make the figures match.

Monster Race Bonus Skills and Future Ammendments

I am currently working on separating monster race bonus skills from their skill ranks and adding them as a misc bonus. This will allow monsters with race bonuses to break the skill cap. At the moment the generator does not allow skills to break the cap.
I will hopefully have this amendment working in the next week.
If anyone has any other requirements they want me to look into let me know.
My current priorities are:
1. Monster Race Skills and free Feats. (Race Skills for pathfinder are now complete and appear as a misc bonus)
2. Auto Generations of magic treasure for NPCs
3. Look into creating gangs of statted monsters e.g. Orc village, Town watch, Gang of Ogres
4. Adding a PC Generator with ability to level up.

Number 3 may be a bit difficult, so if any one has any ideas on how this will work please let me know.
