Filo Fleetfoot, Halfling Rogue (D&D 3.5 CR 4)

Filo likes to collect spoons he has thousands of them, silver, wooden, pearl handled, gem encrusted, small, large. He even has a collection of ladles. Filo will break into a house and steal every spoon leaving the money and jewelry behind. As the crimes are so small in value it is not the city guards most important case.
Recently thought he has pinched a Murlynds Spoon of sustenance from the local temple and a reward of 500gp has been posted for its recovery.
