Drakina the Shadow (Drow Vampire Cleric/Thief Pathfinder CR 17 )
Drakina the Shadow was a senior member of the thieves guild until she was awarded the kiss of Lolth (vampirism) for her evil deeds and devotion to the Spider Queen.
She owns a large house in the posh area of the city, all her servant are enthralled by her vamparic domination. While at home she wears a green silk gown but disguises her race with makeup appearing as a pretty half-elven maiden with jet black hair.
When the hunger for blood grasps her she will take to roofs of the city hunting for victims, she prefers handsome males, sometimes letting them live if they are particularly good looking or muscular. She will also take the blood of pretty women, these she will always drain to the death. Sometimes she will return to the women’s grave to use them as handmaiden spawn.
One of her favorite pastimes is to find a good aligned member of the city guard and ambush them, killing with her unholy rapier “Bloodletter”. These she will never feed upon, she just hates the guard, probably because of a grudge from her days in the thieves guild.
